NEWS:
Monthly Assessments: The monthly assessments for 2008 have been reduced. The Board, along with the management company, are constantly monitoring the finances of the Association. As part of the budget review process for 2008, the Board voted to reduce the monthly assessment. We would like to keep the assessments low, and need the assistance of the community to meet this goal. Any damage to the common space costs the Association, and each of the homeowners. If you see someone doing something destructive in the community, please ask them to stop. We have recently had incidents of damage to plants, sprinkler systems and pocket park equipment. Please also report any damage to the management company.
Delegate Elections: The District Delegate Elections have been held and Delegates have been selected for the Annual Meeting. The Delegates represent their respective Districts in electing members to the Board of Directors. In 2008, three Board positions are up for election.
