This website is intended as a community resource for the members of the Calavera Hills Master Association.
Calavera Hills is comprised of the four communities of Barrington, Capistrano, Nantucket and Sheffield . The 487 homes are part of the overall Calavera Hills Master Plan in northeast Carlsbad, California. New single- and multi-family homes are being built in the adjacent development of Calavera Hills II.
The community is adjacent to the Calavera Preserve and Lake Calavera. There are hiking and biking trails within the preserve. Calavera Hills Park is a short distance away from the community.
Calavera Hills School, which houses an elementary school and middle school, is within the community. The schools are part of the Carlsbad Unified School District.
